Job Description

Overseeing daily business operations and finding the solutions for improvement of the service /product & finding solutions for business barriers,
Developing, reviewing, updating, and implementing business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance, and new product/service development.
Developing and implementing growth strategies.
Overseeing & managing budgets.
Coaching first-line managers & evaluating the performance of all department heads and providing support in improving productivity.
Overseeing training and employee performance at all levels and advising HODs on potential productive ways of performance management.
Selecting first-line managers and overseeing their training.
Analyzing accounting and financial data to plan for future business growth
Researching and identifying growth opportunities and conducting market studies including competitors’ business Behaviour, and taking proper and well-studied action based on business needs to increase the company’s reputation and result in generating more revenue.
Measuring productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
Analyzing various reports from different departments and proving required action plans to solve the issues and grow the business,
To lead team members to ensure all the business plans run smoothly
Managing growth and achieving business targets and planning to Improve revenue.
Oversees departments to review operating reports and resolve operational problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays and meet future growth.
Executing different business strategies to support the company’s business expansion
Evaluating performance, productivity and competitiveness
Spearheading policies, strategies and directional growth
Overseeing projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis.
Controlling the Manning Budget to be in line with the expected required manpower to operate the business smoothly and focusing on cutting costs,
Overseeing all Financial & HR budgets and Sales revenue efficiently.
Managing budget preparation for the operations unit.
Overseeing budget allocations and cash flow.
Ensuring that departments set and meet business goals.
Developing and applying strategies for business efficiency.
Developing and implementing growth strategies & achieving quarterly benchmarks on P&L.
Preparing a strategic plan based on the business needs and market research.
Planning and organizing daily activities related to operations.
Directing other support departments such as human resources, finance, etc. to ensure achieving successful operations.
Determining Labour needs to meet business goals.
Directing marketing and sales departments to determine the strategic product/service pricing, deliverance timing, and the number of sales promotions.
Controlling and updating, the organization’s operations manual and administration policies.
Directing the HRM/HRD To develop a Succession plan for each concerned department
To implement and oversee Safety and security plans across the company.
Overseeing employees’ training & development opportunities
Participating in formulating and administering company policies, directing and coordinating all divisional department activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives.
To review analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.
Conferring with the CEO to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions.
Identifying opportunities in target markets for the company’s products/services
Keeping up with the latest market developments, including market positioning of corporate competitors
Crafting reports to be presented to the CEO, and Preparing required action plans to resolve the issues and barriers.
Developing and nurturing relationships with key customer accounts
Building strong effective relationships with HODs, Board of Members, Shareholders, Suppliers, Vendors, governmental and Local Authorities and the group CEO to develop & grow the company.
