Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Analyze financial performance and trends to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Budget Management:
- Monitor and manage the organization’s budget to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to improve financial efficiency.
- Evaluate budget variances and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Accounting and Compliance:
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during audits and reviews.
- Cash Flow and Risk Management:
- Manage cash flow to maintain liquidity and meet operational needs.
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- Proven experience in financial management roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, accounting principles, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
