Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial guidance, ensure compliance with regulations, and optimize the organization’s financial performance. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, leadership, and a deep understanding of financial management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Develop and oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
    • Analyze financial performance and trends to provide actionable insights.
    • Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  2. Budget Management:
    • Monitor and manage the organization’s budget to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to improve financial efficiency.
    • Evaluate budget variances and implement corrective actions as needed.
  3. Accounting and Compliance:
    • Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
    • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations and standards.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during audits and reviews.
  4. Cash Flow and Risk Management:
    • Manage cash flow to maintain liquidity and meet operational needs.
    • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Implement effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  5. Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve high performance.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members.
  6. Strategic Contributions:
    • Collaborate with senior management to define financial strategies and support decision-making.
    • Assess the financial viability of new projects, investments, and business initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in financial management roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, accounting principles, and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
