Job Summary:
We are seeking professional and customer-focused International Flight Attendants to join our dynamic airline crew. The ideal candidate will ensure passenger safety, deliver exceptional in-flight service, and represent the airline with professionalism and cultural sensitivity on international routes.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety, security, and comfort of passengers throughout international flights.
Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures.
Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with their needs.
Serve food and beverages while adhering to airline policies and international regulations.
Handle in-flight emergencies, medical situations, and conflict resolution professionally.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with airline standards.
Communicate effectively with the flight crew and passengers in multiple languages if required.
Ensure compliance with international aviation safety and security regulations.
Assist with boarding, baggage storage, and deplaning procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
Languages: Fluency in Arabic & English is required; additional languages (such as French, Spanish) are highly desirable.
Height & Physical Requirements: Ability to reach overhead compartments, lift heavy items, and be physically fit to perform duties.
Appearance: Professional grooming and adherence to airline uniform standards.
Required Certifications & Training:
Cabin Crew Certification (issued by a recognized aviation authority such as EASA, FAA, IATA, or CAA).
CPR & First Aid Certification (including AED operation).
Emergency Procedures Training (fire safety, evacuation protocols, and aircraft security).
Food Safety & Hygiene Certification (depending on airline policy).
