Job Purpose:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive the promotion and growth of our kitchen equipment and home appliances product range. This role requires a deep understanding of the Iraqi market, consumer behavior, and effective marketing tactics specific to the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products in the Iraqi market, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis and customer segmentation to understand consumer needs, preferences, and purchasing behavior in the kitchen equipment and home appliance sectors.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing platforms and materials.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to drive awareness, engagement, and sales of kitchen equipment and home appliances.
- Digital Marketing: Lead online marketing initiatives, including social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and email marketing, focusing on maximizing brand visibility.
- Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to design promotional strategies that align with sales goals and provide marketing support for product launches and promotions.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking the ROI of various marketing activities.
- Event Marketing: Plan and execute events, such as product launches, exhibitions, and trade shows, to enhance brand exposure and engage with key customers and partners.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing, with a focus on kitchen equipment, home appliances, or similar industries in Iraq.
- Strong understanding of the Iraqi market, including cultural nuances and consumer preferences.
- Experience in both traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Fluent in Arabic & English
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B and B2C marketing strategies for home appliance and kitchen equipment brands.
- Knowledge of local suppliers and industry trends.
