Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Fluency in English is required to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals successfully.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to develop effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
